President
Heather Carleston
Heather is a returning member of the FORES PTO Board, previously serving as the Vice President, Communications. Prior to this, Heather chaired the Angel Tree Committee and served on the Family Nights, 5th Grade Graduation and Election Committees. She’s worked at Sonora Bank as the Vice President of Marketing and Advertising for the past five years. She has a fabulous fifth grader at FORES and sweet seventh grader at Voss. She’s been part of the FORES family since 2016 and cares deeply about FORES and the BISD community.
Executive Vice President
Michelle Hyland
This is Michelle’s second year serving on the FORES PTO Board. Michelle served as president during the 2021-22 school year and prior to that Michelle was active on numerous PTO committees. When she’s not volunteering at the school, Michelle is serving the community as an RN at University Hospital. Michelle has three amazing children, second and fourth graders at FORES and a sixth grader at Voss.

Sarah Randel
Hi! My name is Sarah Randel and I’m a mom of 3 children! My oldest daughter is 6 years old in 1st grade at Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary. As the VP of Sponsorship, my goal is connect our local businesses with opportunities to support our students and teachers throughout the school year.
Vice President of Fundraising
Monica Ross
This is Monica’s first year serving on the FORES PTO Board, although she was incredibly involved in numerous committees during her first year on campus. She has two absolutely adorable kids—a first-grade boy and three-year-old girl. Monica works in project management at USAA and is incredibly excited to bring those strengths to raise money for the students at FORES
Vice President of Volunteers
Lori Stipetich
It is an honor to return as your Vice President of Volunteers. My family and I have lived in Fair Oak Ranch since 2016. Previously I held the board position of Vice President of Support overseeing the work room and spirit stick sales. I work locally here in Fair Oaks Ranch for Better Homes and Garden and enjoy cooking, fitness, and traveling. I also run my own travel agency focusing on family friendly travel. My husband is a Pilot for the United States Air Force, and we have two sons Alexander who is in fourth grade and William who is four. I look forward to an exciting school year and working with you all.
Vice President of Programs
Jackie Peck
My name is Jackie Peck and I'm your new VP of Programs! I’m a mom of 2 here at FORES, my daughter is in 4th grade and my son is in 1st grade.
I’m a Dental Hygienist by trade, but I work my Nail business from home so I can be available to my kiddos for school drop offs and pickups, sports and extra curricular activities. I’m blessed to be able to spend this time with them while they are young! I'm excited to be on the PTO Board to serve all of the FORES families!
Vice President of Communications
Ryan Johnson
While this is his first year serving as Vice President, Communication, Ryan previously served as the Assistant Vice President, Communication for two years and was instrumental in the development of our PTO website. Ryan has long provided technology and communication support to the FORES PTO, whether serving on the board, on a committee or as a volunteer. He currently works as a Senior Designer at People.ai and has two precious daughters at FORES, one in second and one in fourth grade. He’s excited about this upcoming school year and is ready to get the fun started!
Treasurer
Shawna Verrett
This will be Shawna’s second, non-consecutive year serving on the FORES PTO Board. She previously served as Treasurer during the 2021-22 school year and is excited about returning to her role this year. Shawna has four beautiful children: a son in kindergarten, a daughter in second grade and a son in third grade at FORES; and an extraordinary daughter who is a freshman at Champion High School. Shawna’s eldest has an extremely rare medical condition. Shawna is a successful Mortgage Lender in the community. Shawna is passionate about helping others—regardless of their age or walk of life. She serves as a Director on the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Medical Committee and is active in her church. Shawna is excited to bring her detail-oriented nature and love of numbers to an already great system at FORES.
Vice Treasurer
Karie Huber
Karie is returning for a second year on the PTO Board, serving as Treasurer during the 2022-23 school year. Karie is the owner and CEO at KL Bookkeeping Services. She has two sweet kiddos, a son who is in the second grade and a daughter in pre-k. Karie loves the FORES community and is excited to bring her strengths to her role this year.
Secretary
Terri McPeak
This will be Terri’s second year serving on the FORES PTO Board. She served as the Vice President of Programs during the 2021-22 school year. She is excited to return as secretary for the upcoming school year as it will sadly be her last at FORES. She has a fifth-grade daughter and a son who is a junior at Boerne High School.
Associate Vice President
Gaby Kleeman
Gaby is in her second year of serving on the FORES PTO Board, previously serving as VP, Fundraising during the 2022-23 school year. Gaby is passionate about the FORES community and serves as general support this year, providing additional time and attention to our Library Programs. Gaby has three amazing kiddos – a sophomore at Boerne High School, an eighth grader at Voss and a fifth grader at FORES. Gaby is incredibly excited about the upcoming school year and looks forward to serving alongside so many other wonderful volunteers.
Associate Vice President
Cecilia King
My name is Cecilia King and I am a mother of 2 awesome daughters - one of which is in pre-k, and the other who is a 4th grader at FORES! My husband and I are entrepreneurs, which allows me some flexibility with helping volunteer with PTO.
As one of the Associate VPs, I will be primarily helping with Spirit Sticks. My goal is to keep a fun tradition alive and exciting and to assist with PTO as needed!
Associate Vice President of Technology
William Fry
This is my first year on the FORES PTO board. I have two kids, one in 6th grade at Voss and the other in 3rd grade at FORES. I worked at USAA for 16 years and recently moved over to HEB where my current role there deals with enterprise security. I have been working with technology for as long as I can remember, and have loved working on websites ever since I built my first Pokemon site back in 1999.
The thing I most want out of being on the board is getting to know as many families as I can and to help provide a single source of information for all things related to the PTO throughout the year while keeping it easy to use and understand.
